President, Owner

Heather Cogburn founded Bridgemark Sales & Analytics in 2012 to bridge the gap between suppliers and retailers by building strong, collaborative relationships. With eight years of buying experience at Sam’s Club in categories like jewelry, home, accessories, and electronics, she brings a deep understanding of retail and a passion for helping brands achieve long-term growth. Based in Rogers, Arkansas, Heather holds both a Psychology degree and an MBA from the University of Arkansas—and proudly cheers on the Razorbacks every chance she gets.

Owner

Adam Cogburn is a senior retail and analytics executive with two decades of experience leading growth strategy for Fortune 100 suppliers. As co-founder of Bridgemark Sales & Analytics, he partners with brands to deliver integrated retail solutions, combining strategic sales leadership with advanced business analytics.  He previously held leadership roles in the Fortune 100, where he led teams across sales, category management, and finance, while also driving enterprise-level initiatives in trade management and advanced analytics. Adam is also an active angel investor and advisor to early-stage businesses. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.

Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Candy LaRotonda brings over 30 years of experience in the Housewares industry, with a proven track record as an analyst, category advisor, and National Account Manager. Known for her strategic mindset and results-driven approach, Candy is passionate about uncovering insights that drive growth and improve the bottom line—whether partnering with existing retailers or building new relationships.

She holds a degree in Business Management from the State University of New York and combines her professional expertise with a deep commitment to mentoring and teaching. Outside of work, Candy finds joy in supporting and empowering women through her local church community.

Kinley Blue is attending NWACC with a major in Business.  She brings accounting experience with her from working at a local accounting firm over the last two years.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending it with both family & friends.
